How long does it take from order to delivery?

Our estimated delivery is 3 – 8 weeks, due to the fact that we make every hat by hand and to order. We do everything we can to work within that timeline. When your hat is done you will recieve an update with a track n trace. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to send us an email.

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months after discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@silvestermaria.com.

From February 15, 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.

All of our hats are made to order on customer measurements and for that reason it is not possible to return orders.

All of our hats are made to a very high standard and we hope that you will be happy with your order. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, do not hesitate to contact us and we will do everything we can to help you.

Use a tape measure to measure your head at the widest point, which in most cases is about a fingers width above the ears. Always measure your head about three times to be sure about your size.
